I made a dress!

I've had this fabric since I was a young teenager. To me, it reeks of the 90s and Sarah Mclachlan.

I used the above pattern from Mccall.com M6561, but without the contrast colour.

The fiddly bodice. After sewing that up, I think I'm ready to try and make a quilt!

It would definitely be easier with cotton, not slinky polyester stuff.

I had to do A LOT of adjusting to get the bodice to fit right. My ribcage is super small, I've realized.

I really like the fabric. It has grown on me.
